How to Join ºìÌÒÊÓÆµ

If your organisation is involved in international meetings and you wish to benefit from the business opportunities that ºìÌÒÊÓÆµ membership offers you:

  • Complete the application form for the sector of membership you would like to join (the application form can be requested from the ºìÌÒÊÓÆµ Head Office).
  • Once this is signed and returned, we will confirm it received and send it to the Board for approval.
  • Upon BoD approval, we will send you an pro-rated invoice including the Entrance Fee and Membership fee for the year.

ºìÌÒÊÓÆµ membership becomes official only upon approval by the ºìÌÒÊÓÆµ Board of Directors.

If you would like to receive the information about the fee structure and a copy of an application form please contact your Regional Office and send in some details on your company. The Regional Office will contact you to provide more information and send you an application form for the specific sector your company belongs to.

 

 

 

Fee Structure 2025

Fees have been approved by the 2024 General Assembly of ºìÌÒÊÓÆµ. All fees are quoted in Euros (EUR). For more information please contact the ºìÌÒÊÓÆµ team.

New Member Package

All new companies joining ºìÌÒÊÓÆµ can benefit from the New Member Package which includes: one complimentary registration to the first upcoming ºìÌÒÊÓÆµ Congress after joining*, and free online training on how to use the ºìÌÒÊÓÆµ Business Intelligence Database.

The Entrance Fee is a one-time payment, charged to all organisations applying for membership. For the first year of membership the Membership Fee will be pro-rated according to the month when the application was received.

NB: The invoice for the Entrance Fee and the first year Membership Fee is sent upon the approval of the ºìÌÒÊÓÆµ Board. Membership in ºìÌÒÊÓÆµ becomes effective upon approval of the ºìÌÒÊÓÆµ Board of Directors and upon receipt of the Entrance and first year Membership Fee.

Annual Membership Fee

This is an annual payment. The financial year of ºìÌÒÊÓÆµ is from January to December. The list of invoices is automatically generated in December of each year and emailed to members.

 

 

*For organisations that join before 1 July. For organisations that join after 1 July, Congress registration is available for the following year.
